I am a fully qualified, accredited and insured clinical and spiritual Hypnotherapist, intuitive energy healer and accredited Life coach specialising in spiritual empowerment coaching, inner child healing, Past Life Regression/healing to help transform your life, I will guide you to dig deep into your soul to understand yourself better, love yourself deeper, and get the practical tools for self healing.

I am a Life purpose coach Practitioner, Witch wound Healer and Energy intuitive. I have trained in EFT and QHEH techniques along with life purpose coaching and spiritual healing practices. I offer a number of service to help you re-program outdated beliefs, behaviours and fears to let go of all the shit that no longer serve you.

I am a normal, down to earth, bubbly, fun, and sometimes a bit sweary witch-woman, who has gone through many points in my life feeling worthless, depressed, stressed and overwhelmed, constantly TRYING to fit in, to speak my truth and feel validated, to find my tribe and my purpose for incarnating in this timeline

I live in the beautiful North Yorkshire area with my daughter, I love long walks in the woodlands, reading, the Moon, all things Magic, and I'm a prolific learner, I am always learning and keeping up with the latest techniques to further help my clients. I live between Thirsk and York and all the beautiful countryside around me soothes my soul. I provide my services via online video calling through zoom, messenger, Whatsapp and Duo to a worldwide English speaking audience. I offer face to face appointments too at my home office/therapy room.
